A one-off or spring clean with Maid in Melbourne is $295 for the first five hours, then $75 an hour, with all products and equipment supplied. The five-hour minimum gives your home a genuine deep clean rather than a quick tidy. Larger or more lived-in homes may need extra hours.
A regular clean maintains an already-tidy home and uses your products, from $126 for two hours. A one-off or spring clean is a deeper reset that tackles built-up areas like the oven, inside cupboards, grout and skirtings, with our own products, from $295 for five hours. Many clients book a one-off, then switch to regular.
A spring clean is a top-to-bottom deep clean: kitchen including oven and cupboards, bathrooms descaled, dusting of skirtings, sills, fans and light fittings, marks off doors and walls, and all floors vacuumed and mopped. Tell us your priorities and we focus the hours where they matter most.
Common times are spring, before or after guests or a party, when moving into a new home, before listing a property for sale, or simply when the house needs a reset. There is no schedule and no contract, so you can book a one-off deep clean whenever it suits you.
Yes. For one-off and spring cleans we bring all our own professional-grade products and equipment, including oven and bathroom products. You do not need to supply anything. Let us know if you would prefer eco or pet-safe products and we will accommodate that.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a one-off deep clean, then move onto a weekly or fortnightly regular service with the same cleaner. There are no lock-in contracts, so you can decide after the first clean whether you would like us back on a schedule.
