She has common sense, is proactive to suggest things and responsive to any requests. I am very satisfied with her as our regular cleaner. We deliver NDIS cleaning through our NDIS-registered partner, Excel Cleaning. That means we can work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants and claim through the official channels, with the same trusted cleaners and care Maid in Melbourne is known for.
For many participants, yes. Cleaning is commonly funded as a household task under Core Supports when a disability makes it difficult to keep your home clean. Whether it is funded depends on your individual plan and goals. Check your plan or ask your support coordinator or plan manager.
NDIS household cleaning is charged at $60.10 an hour, in line with the NDIS price guide. Cleaning is commonly funded under Core Supports, and how you are invoiced depends on whether your plan is self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed.
It depends on how your plan is managed. Self-managed participants pay our invoice and claim it back, plan-managed participants have their plan manager pay us, and for NDIA-managed participants the support is claimed through the NDIA portal via our NDIS-registered partner, Excel Cleaning. Yes. We match you with one regular cleaner who learns your home and your routine and returns each visit, which matters most for participants who value consistency and familiarity. Every cleaner is police-checked, reference-checked and fully insured.
We provide standard household cleaning: kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms, including surfaces, floors, bins and tidying. We tailor the visit to your needs and priorities. Tasks like deep cleans or one-off jobs can be arranged separately depending on your funding.
